All products are manufactured and shipped directly from Taiwan. Certificate of Origin / Certificate of Conformity can be provided upon request.

Moujen company and products are certifited by reputable international standards and organizations. Please see our "Company" page to learn more.

Production times varies between product series and quantity. Please see our "Production Lead Times" article for a rough estimate; in buisness days and/or weeks. Then, kindly add another 5~7 expected business days (under normal circumstance) for courier to deliver.

Products follow MOQ and IOQ (incremental order quantity) rules. Please first sign-in, then navigate to products detail page to learn more.

Moujen may ship by air or sea to destinations where couriers deem deliverable. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Under normal circumstances, UPS or DHL Expedited air delivery will take 5~7 business days door-to-door (excluding production times). Sea delivery will incur longer times.

Shipments from Moujen Global are declared; and will always require a customer signature when delivered. Moujen Global is not responsible for any extra costs incurred from undeliverable and refused deliveries. These extra costs incurred may be: storage fees, return-to-sender postage, non-payment of duty and taxes, change of addresses, change of delivery dates, etc. Additionally, Moujen Global will not issue order refunds due to all of the above mentioned reasons.

Due to world events, many business elements such as supply chains and logistical services are greatly disrupted. Estimated time for delivery and time of arrival may be affected. If your order(s) are affected, Moujen may contact you via your confirmed purchase email to notify you about this. Additionally, you may contact us before purchase to ask for a time estimate.

The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.

All orders are CASH before prodcution and delivery.

Returning customers wishing for pay installments, delayed payments, credit increases, must provide Letters Of Credit from cooperating banks and/or credit agencies. Please contact us to learn more.

Once orders have been confirmed, or partially paid, or paid full, or shipped, Moujen Global will not allow order canceling, returning, refunding, and exchanging, due to change of mind. Please contact us with your questions before purchasing.

Moujen Global collaborates with globally reputable payment providers, with the highest payment secureties such as 3DS(AVS,CVV,AAV), to provide customers with a protected purchasing experience.

Moujen Global may ask customers to provide additional details for fraud prevention. These details include: identity confirmation crosscheck, business information, order confirmation signatures, proof of addresses, proof of contacts, etc. All received information and documentation are subjected to Moujen’s Privacy Policy.

Moujen Global reserves the right to reject high risk orders.

Payments may be paid through credit cards (PayPal Express), or direct manual bank transfers (SWIFT). Additionally, with PayPal Payments (paid with your PayPal balance or linked bank accounts).

PayPal Express (credit card) supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard®, American Express, Discover (except CA), and JCB.

Moujen is not responsible for direct bank transfer fees. Therefore, SWIFT transfers must be done with SWIFT "OUR" terms. Using other terms will result in fees charged; thus your order will be on hold until differences are paid full per our CASH BEFORE PRODUCTION and DELIVERY agreement.

Additionally, Moujen Global recommends customers to always document shipment with pictures or videos before and after transits; to ensure rights and interests are protected.

Please use an active email address when creating an account. Moujen Global sends, and communicates with you, all important documentation and updates via this primary email address. Using a non-active email address may result in missed messages or documentations from Moujen Global.

Please allow 5 to 15 minutes for system to send verification code to your registered email address.

Please note, if details are incomplete resulting in couriers unable to deliver, Moujen Global cannot ship-out orders.

We will contact the customer (via primary account email) as soon as possible to reduce delays. But please understand we retain the right to not refund the order if customer has not responded to our communications for over a long period of time.
